I can say, without reservation, that the level of communication and customer service she provided me throughout this transaction, can only be described as absolutely exceptional. The UPS International shipping and tracking services provided after my transaction were very accessible, accurately updated and my parts order was delivered in a very timely manner.

The product (a bullet mold) is top notch.
The website is a bit hard to navigate in and the search motor can definitly be improved. I´m definitly coming back for more shopping furter on.

After contacting Pedersoli about the product in June, 2023, finding out the product was out of stock, and approximately 25 emails back and forth requesting that I be notified if, as, and when, it would be in production again and ultimately available, it arrived September 19th, 2024, in excellent order. These folks answered every email, and ultimately helped in getting the product ordered and delivered.
A great, if a little bit slow, company to deal with, and an international transaction par excellence. Just be very PATIENT!

Da oltre 30 anni tiro di avancarica utilizzando unicamente le armi Pedersoli. Ne posseggo 6. La prima arma che acquistai, più 30 anni fa, fu il fucile "Alamo". Attualmente ne posseggo 6, e sono in procinto di acquistarne la settima: Enfield 3 Band cal 577. Perchè acquistare "armi ad avancarica" presso la vostra ditta?! Perché la passione per questa attività legate anche alle mie conoscenze, tecniche e fisiche, mi hanno consentito di valutare, nel corso di questi anni, le vostre armi, e non solo ad avancarica, come le migliori in assoluto nel mondo.
