I had contacted you, because I could not find urgently needed spare parts here in Germany. I shoot your 45/90 Sharps and a .357 RB in competitions and urgently needed the spares.
I was surprised and amazed how quickly and comprehensively my questions were answered. That was not a standardized „one fits all“ protocol, that was the answers I needed with the encouragement to ask again, if more support was necessary . I highly value your offer, even to check, wether not listed spares could be made available. When I got stuck in the order process (my fault), you helped me out on short notice and the spares were available and delivered by UPS with a good tracking report.
