Acquisti online molto comodi, lo store del sito è davvero ben fornito, si trova tutto il necessario per ogni tipo di arma ad avancarica, e la qualità della merce è davvero ottima Ho tolto una stella soltanto per i prezzi, che per alcune tipologie di articoli sono forse un pò alti.

Very good customer service and fast delivery/shipping.
Reasonable product quality but the spare part price is a bit high.

Somehow each step of the purchase, including confirmation that the part is the right one, takes days, then another week after putting the order in the system. Too long for a world renowned brand like Davide Pedersoli. And of course price for a part as small as a tumbler is unreasonable to put it lightly.

The chice for spare parts is brilliant.
I ´ve ordered a barrel for change at competitions from flintlock to percussion.
The support of Pedersoli was superb.From ordering to shipping.
The price incl. shipping was absolutely ok.
A few days later i wrecked a tenon and ordered a new one.
But the prize for shipping via UPS was f...... expensive!!!And took about one week from Italy to Germany.
Unacceptable!!!
But it was absolutely necessaryis very brant to order the part.
But the support of Pedersoli is very brilliant.
It works!!!

The shipping costs through UPS are directly applied to us by the courier, and we are aware that they can be quite high.
UPS is one of the fastest and most reliable couriers, and unfortunately, it's the only one we can collaborate with, given that we are guns manufacturers.
Regarding shipping times, we do our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
However, please note that we have only one person managing all orders, both italian and international, including both large and small shipments.
